At WEAR & DEWW, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer replacement only for eligible cases.
Returns, refunds, and store credits are not provided.
1. Eligibility
Replacement requests will be accepted only if:
• The request is raised within 5 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original tags and the RAIBEX® security seal tag are intact and not removed
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided if:
• The request is made after 5 days of delivery
• The security seal tag or original tags are removed or damaged
• The product shows signs of use, washing, or alteration
• The issue is related to size selection, color preference, or change of mind
• The product was purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or discount
3. Replacement Process
• Customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue and the intact security seal tag
• Once the request is verified, the replacement product will be shipped subject to availability
• If the original product is unavailable, WEAR & DEWW may provide a different product of equal value
4. Payment & Refund Policy
• WEAR & DEWW follows a replacement-only policy
• No refunds will be issued
• No store credits will be provided
• All payments are securely processed through Razorpay
5. Replacement Shipping
• Shipping charges for replacements will be covered only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
