Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. WEAR & DEWW accepts prepaid orders only.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. WEAR & DEWW offers free shipping across India on all orders.

Can I return a product?

No. WEAR & DEWW does not offer returns.

We only provide replacement in eligible cases.

When can I request a replacement?

Replacement requests are accepted only if:

• The request is raised within 5 days of delivery

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The product is unused and in original condition

Original tags and security seal tag are intact

What is the security seal tag?

All WEAR & DEWW products are shipped with a RAIBEX® security seal tag.

If the security seal tag is removed or tampered with, the product will not be eligible for replacement.

How do I request a replacement?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery and share:

• Your order number

Clear photos or videos of the product

• Images showing the intact security seal tag

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.
