Replacement requests are accepted only if:
- Raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags are intact and not removed
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided if:
- Request is made after 3 days
- Tags are removed or product shows signs of use
- Issue is related to size, color preference, or change of mind
- Product was purchased during a sale or discounted

- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos
- Verified replacements will be shipped (subject to availability)
- If the original product is unavailable, we may send a different product of equal value.
- No refunds or store credits will be provided in this case
