2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.
  • WEAR & DEWW reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.
  • Product images are for reference purposes only. Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Payments on this website are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • WEAR & DEWW currently accepts online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • WEAR & DEWW reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Payment issues
    • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • WEAR & DEWW is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

5. Replacement Policy

WEAR & DEWW offers replacement only. Returns, refunds, and store credits are not provided.

All products are shipped with a RAIBEX® security seal tag attached.

Replacement requests will be accepted only if the security seal tag is intact and not removed or damaged.

If the security seal tag is removed, broken, or tampered with, the product will not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Replacement is applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered

Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product along with the intact security seal tag when requesting a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, designs, text, and brand assets, are the intellectual property of WEAR & DEWW – a brand by Panchals & Co and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

WEAR & DEWW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of products from our online store.
